The braised noodles were good, the broth was quite rich, and you could order some pickled garlic if you wanted.

You can't call yourself a true Zhengzhou-style braised noodle shop if you haven't tried Heji? Don't embarrass yourself! This is the only place Zhengzhou locals recognize!

The mutton stewed noodles are delicious, not salty, the mutton is fresh, and the soup has a peppery taste. The side dishes are good. The service is fast, and you don't have to wait during the winter off-season.
